Why Tekora Exists
Tekora takes its name from two ideas: “Tek” for technology and “Ora” for life and well-being. Together they reflect our belief that technology creates the most value when it supports the people, processes and organisations that depend on it.
Tekora was shaped by experience on both sides of the technology relationship. Too often, technology solutions begin with the product rather than the organisation — resulting in requirements being missed, unnecessary complexity or choices whose costs and trade-offs are not fully understood.
We believe there is a better way. Clients deserve to be heard before they are advised. By first understanding the organisation and what it is trying to achieve, we can provide practical, transparent advice and technology solutions that are genuinely fit for purpose.
People • Process • Technology
Technology should be modern, reliable and fit for purpose. We recommend solutions based on the organisation’s needs, considering benefits, limitations, risk, cost and future requirements.
How We Work
Our Commitment to You
Every engagement matters. Whether we are resolving a technical issue, delivering a project, providing specialist advice or managing your technology on an ongoing basis, you can expect the same commitment to service, capability and care.
We will listen before we advise, communicate choices clearly and be transparent about costs, risks, limitations and trade-offs. Our recommendations will be guided by what we believe is right for your organisation.
Above all, we act with integrity. Trust is not something we expect because you have engaged us — it is something we seek to earn through every interaction.

Tekora was founded by Lee Netana following a career working across technology leadership, consulting and managed services. That experience has provided a view of technology from both sides of the relationship — as a client responsible for organisational technology outcomes and as a consultant helping organisations achieve them.
Those experiences shaped the principles behind Tekora: listen before advising, understand the organisation before proposing technology, communicate openly and deliver with discipline. The aim is simple — to build trusted relationships and help organisations make confident technology decisions.
